At Kolej Universiti Linton, we know that where you live shapes your university experience. To make your time with us as comfortable as possible, we have a dedicated accommodation team available to help you all year round to ensure that you settle down comfortably.

Ample accommodation units in the form of apartments are available for international students. The purpose-built campus has more than 4,300 apartments with an overall capacity for 25,000 students. Single sharing accommodation (without air-conditioning) is already included in the fees.

The following surcharge is payable upfront if students opt for the following:

• Single room (with air conditioning): RM 1,800 (USD 585) per annum x duration of studies, maintenance fee of RM600 (USD 195) per year and a refundable deposit of RM 500 (USD 165)
• 3 room apartment (with air conditioning in 1 room): RM 4,800 (USD 1,550) per annum x duration of studies, maintenance fee of RM600 (USD 195) per year and a refundable deposit of RM 1,000 (USD 325)

Each apartment has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms with a living hall, kitchen and washing area. The apartments are furnished with beds, lockers, ceiling fans, and also study tables and chairs. Wireless internet access is also available campus wide.

Each apartment block is supervised by a dedicated hostel executive with 24 hour security.

Located next to the lake, a spacious cafeteria within the campus provides a wide choice of food throughout the day. Grocery shops are also available for students to buy their daily needs.
